Wort enters with two 1/1 red and green Goblin Warriors, and every red or green instant or sorcery you cast has conspire. Tap two untapped creatures that share a color with the spell and you get a copy with new targets. The two tokens pay for the first copy right away. The deck is built around cheap rituals, burn, card draw and token spells, so each copy either grows the board or adds mana for the next spell.
In the recorded games, conspired token makers like Dragon Fodder, Empty the Warrens and Elemental Eruption flooded the board, and Goblin Bombardment turned the goblins into damage. Skullclamp and Harmonize kept cards flowing, Invoke Calamity recast spells for free, and War Cadence taxed blockers so the swarm could connect. Faster lists chased Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker or Food Chain with Dockside Extortionist. Wrath of God, early counterspells like Force of Will and a mill deck all beat it. It also stumbled when it drew the wrong mix of spells and creatures.
