The Most Dangerous Gamer has deathtouch and opens an Attraction when it enters and whenever it attacks. Each opened Attraction puts a +1/+1 counter on it, and each claimed prize destroys a target permanent. That makes every attack grow the commander and possibly remove something, with the die rolls deciding which Attractions you visit. The deck runs an Attraction deck alongside counters and protection, so the commander turns into a large deathtouch threat that also works as repeatable removal.
In the recorded games, which number only 9, the Gamer grew steadily as Attractions came out, and claiming prizes destroyed key permanents. Opening several Attractions in one turn built a lot of advantage at once. Counter support like Hardened Scales and Power Fist made the commander huge in at least one game, and Vines of Vastwood and Snake Umbra protected it from removal. The random die rolls made turns swingy, though, and the deck relied on keeping its single growing threat on the battlefield.
