Storm is a 3/4 flier with vigilance for four mana. Whenever she deals combat damage to a player, the next instant or sorcery you cast that turn gains storm, so it copies once for every spell cast before it. The deck holds cheap spells, rituals and free mana until after combat, then chains them in the second main phase. Double strike gives two triggers on the same spell, and any burn or token spell can become the finisher once the count is high enough.
In the recorded games, Ral, Storm Conduit, Manamorphose, Snapcaster Mage and artifact mana like Mana Vault and Mox Amber built the count, while Ragavan with Lizard Blades made extra treasure. Underworld Breach lines and Grapeshot finished several games, with Finale of Devastation tutoring pieces. One big turn copied Relentless Assault and Prismari Command across the table. A few lists went off plan with mill or Slime Against Humanity tokens. The deck is fragile: opponents aimed early removal at Storm, Mental Misstep and Flusterstorm stopped key spells, and artifact removal like Galvanic Blast took out the mana before a lethal turn.
