Whenever Soul of Windgrace enters or attacks, you may put a land card from any graveyard onto the battlefield tapped. It also turns spare lands into resources: discard one with {G} to gain 3 life, {1}{R} to draw a card, or {2}{B} to make it indestructible and tap it. The deck plays fetchlands and land destruction, so graveyards always have lands to take, and uses landfall cards to profit from all the extra land drops.
In the recorded games, The Gitrog Monster, Titania, Protector of Argoth and Scute Swarm turned land drops into cards and tokens. Scapeshift and Splendid Reclamation made huge landfall turns, and Crop Rotation fetched Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle for damage. Dust Bowl and Decimate punished opponents' mana while Windgrace rebuilt her own. Mox Diamond and Glacial Chasm helped survive early aggression. The deck usually won slowly by outvaluing the table. It struggled when kept under pressure before its engines came online, and interaction at the wrong moment broke up the big land turns.
