As Rukarumel enters, you name a creature type. Your Slivers and nontoken creatures gain that type, and so do creature spells you cast and creature cards in your hand, library and graveyard. Name Sliver and every creature in the deck picks up the Sliver lords' bonuses, or name another type and your Slivers count for that tribe instead. For {3} and a tap, Rukarumel also makes a 1/1 colorless Sliver token, so it fills the board on its own when you have spare mana.
In the recorded games, most builds leaned on Slivers. The deck played cheap creatures, stacked shared buffs and tried to swing with a wide board before the table could sweep it. One game ran Spy Kit for name-based tricks, and Seedborn Muse showed up as a strong engine that let every permanent untap on each opponent's turn. Like most go-wide five-color decks, it looked exposed to board wipes and slow mana.
