Rilsa Rael is a 2/5 deathtouch for five, and you take the initiative when she enters. That means you venture into the Undercity right away and again in each of your upkeeps while you hold it. Whenever you attack, target attacking creature gains deathtouch. Once you've completed a dungeon, that creature also gets +5/+0, first strike and menace. The deck wants to hold the initiative long enough to finish the Undercity, then turn every attack into a removal spell with a big hit attached.
In the recorded games, Rilsa played as Dimir midrange, using counterspells and removal to protect the initiative while venturing for cards and tempo. Morbid Opportunist and other death triggers kept the cards flowing. Some lists added infect for a poison kill, and one ran Dream Halls and Omniscience. The weak spot is that the initiative moves to any player who deals combat damage to you, so aggressive tables kept taking it back. In one game, an opponent stole Rilsa with Bloody Betrayal and turned her against her owner. Over 12 games, the deck did best when it could defend the initiative early.
