Raphael is a flier that gives your other Demons, Devils, Imps and Tieflings +1/+1 and lifelink. At the beginning of each end step, including opponents', you create a 1/1 Devil if a creature card went to your graveyard from anywhere that turn. Each Devil deals 1 damage to any target when it dies. Sacrifice, discard and self-mill all turn on the trigger, so the deck pairs tribal creatures with ways to put creatures in the graveyard every turn.
In the recorded games, Raphael played as a grindy tribal deck that made a Devil most turns and slowly gained life while chipping in. Woebringer Demon's upkeep sacrifice fed the end step trigger, Blood Artist drained the table as tokens died, and Skullclamp turned the 1/1 Devils into cards. When an opponent milled creatures out of Raphael's library, that also produced Devils. The lifelink boost helped it stabilize in the midgame. With only a dozen games recorded, the picture is limited, and the deck mostly relied on steady combat damage rather than a fast finish.
