Neheb is a 5/4 trampler. When it deals combat damage to a player or planeswalker, you can discard any number of cards, draw that many and add that much {R}. That mana stays until end of turn, so you can spend it in the second main phase. A hit with a hand of five becomes five new cards and five mana. The deck pushes Neheb through blockers, then dumps the mana into burn, haste threats or effects that give extra combat phases like Aggravated Assault.
In the recorded games, Neheb tended to connect early and turn a turn-three or turn-four attack into an explosive follow-up. Warstorm Surge added damage every time a creature landed, and Dragon's Approach showed up as a repeatable finisher once the graveyard filled. One version leaned on Blood Moon to choke multicolored mana bases while Neheb attacked. Only eight games were recorded, but the pattern held: the deck is strong when Neheb survives to swing, and much weaker when removal or a big blocker keeps it from dealing damage.
