Read more
Mina and Denn let you play an additional land on each of your turns. For {R}{G} and returning a land you control to its owner's hand, target creature gains trample until end of turn. That bounce is the hidden engine: you replay the land with the extra land drop, so every activation is another landfall trigger. The deck stacks landfall payoffs and extra land effects, then uses the trample to push huge creatures through blockers.
In the recorded games, the deck ramped hard with Exploration, Summer Bloom and Escape to the Wilds, while Sylvan Library kept the land drops coming. Big threats like Woodfall Primus and Ilharg, the Raze-Boar followed early, and trample made them hard to chump. Some lists went wide with plant tokens or leaned on hydras instead. When it ramped fast it put real pressure on the table before control decks set up. It struggled against heavy interaction, and graveyard hate like Bojuka Bog hurt the lists that recurred lands from the graveyard.
