For {2} and a nonland card from your hand, Jhoira exiles that card with four time counters and gives it suspend. One counter comes off each upkeep, and when the last one goes you cast it for free, with haste if it is a creature. That makes mana value almost irrelevant. Ten-drops and extra-turn spells cost the same as anything else. The catch is the four-turn delay, so the deck wants several cards suspended at once, plus early artifact ramp, card draw and interaction to survive until they land.

In the recorded games, Emrakul, the Aeons Torn and Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre were the payoffs everyone watched for, and Time Stretch and Beacon of Tomorrows chained turns together. Lotus Bloom and Dreamstone Hedron gave early mana, and Swarm Intelligence turned spell-heavy turns into card advantage. Rewind and Reality Shift protected the plan. A few pilots took a land destruction route instead. The weak point showed up often. Jhoira had little board early, faster decks could attack her down before suspended cards resolved, and counterspells or bounce on the freshly cast threat wasted the whole wait.
