When Izoni enters, you create a 1/1 Insect for each creature card in your graveyard. Its second ability costs {B}{G} and sacrifices another creature to gain 1 life and draw a card. The deck mills and sacrifices to stock the graveyard, then casts Izoni for a big wave of tokens. Those tokens become fuel for the sacrifice ability, so a single cast can draw a lot of cards.
In the recorded games, Izoni filled the graveyard and turned it into a wide board, then sacrificed Insects to keep cards coming. Poison-Tip Archer drained opponents each time a creature died, and Skullclamp with Eternal Witness gave extra value from the sacrifice loop. Heroic Intervention saved the board from wipes, and the deck recovered well when one resolved anyway. Only eleven games were recorded, and results were mixed. When the graveyard was full and Izoni resolved, the deck won through a mass of tokens and drain. Otherwise it could feel slow to start.
