Isperia is a five-mana 3/6 flier. When it deals combat damage to a player, you name a card and that player reveals their hand. If the named card is there, you search your library for a creature card with flying and put it into your hand. Naming a card that player is likely holding, such as a common counterspell or removal spell, is how you get the tutor. The deck pairs fliers with counterspells and removal, then uses Isperia's hits to find the right threat.
In the recorded games, Isperia played as a reactive control deck. Path to Exile handled key threats, and Maze of Ith stopped attackers again and again, buying time against big creatures. Some lists played a flying creature theme, which forced opponents to answer threats in the air. One game turned when the Isperia player stole an opponent's commander. The deck was slow to close games, so it needed to keep up interaction until its fliers took over. Only seven games were recorded.
