Eminence works from the command zone or the battlefield. Whenever another nontoken Wizard you control enters, you may pay {1} to make a hasty token copy that is exiled at the next end step. So every Wizard's enter trigger happens twice, even before Inalla is cast. Her second ability taps five untapped Wizards to make a target player lose 7 life, and the hasty tokens can help pay for that the turn they arrive. Most lists stack tutor and reanimation Wizards to turn those doubled triggers into a combo.
In the recorded games, Spellseeker was the card that came up most. Copied by Inalla, it found Burnt Offering, Shallow Grave or Final Fortune, and loops with Scholar of the Ages and Persist produced infinite mana and repeated hasty attackers. Other builds won with Thassa's Oracle and Demonic Consultation, Ad Nauseam into Underworld Breach, or Wanderwine Prophets for extra turns. Slower Wizard lists ground value with Trinket Mage and Puppeteer Clique before tapping five Wizards for 7. The long combo chains were the weak spot. Counterspells like Force of Negation, stax pieces and early disruption broke the sequence, and life loss from reanimation spells had to be managed.
