Horde of Notions is a 5/5 with vigilance, trample and haste. For {W}{U}{B}{R}{G} it lets you play an Elemental card from your graveyard without paying its mana cost, which can be done again as long as you have the mana. The deck is built around elementals with strong enter effects, ramp to make five colors easy, and ways to put elementals into the graveyard so the commander can replay them.
In the recorded games, Risen Reef was the most important card, drawing or ramping on every elemental. Zendikar's Roil and Titania, Protector of Argoth added landfall elementals, Birthing Pod moved up the curve, and Maelstrom Wanderer cascaded into more value. Mulldrifter and Nova Chaser were favorite recursion targets, with Lightning Greaves protecting key pieces. Soul of the Harvest kept cards coming in long games. The biggest problem was mana: some games stalled early without the right colors, and the elemental pool left some lists weaker than other five-color decks.
