Gyrus costs {X}{B}{R}{G} and enters with a +1/+1 counter for each mana spent, so X=3 makes a 6/6. Whenever it attacks, you can exile a creature card with lower power from your graveyard and make a token copy that is tapped and attacking, which leaves at end of combat. Creatures with enter-the-battlefield or attack triggers give their full value each time. The deck fills its graveyard with self-mill, discard and sacrifice outlets so Gyrus always has a target.
In the recorded games, Gyrus ramped with cards like Explosive Vegetation, then cycled creatures through the graveyard. Fauna Shaman discarded creatures to set up the yard and find threats, and Greater Good drew cards off sacrifices. Grave Titan was a favorite target, leaving Zombies behind after the copy left. The deck rebuilt well after board wipes, since its value lived in the graveyard. Opponents had to answer Gyrus quickly or face a lethal attack each combat. Some games involved heavy damage from opposing decks that it had to grind through.
