Garna triggers whenever another creature you control dies. If it was attacking, you draw a card. Otherwise, Garna deals 1 damage to each opponent. That pushes you to attack with lots of small creatures and accept bad trades, since attackers that die refill your hand. Creatures sacrificed outside of combat drain the table instead, so every death does something. Token makers and sacrifice outlets fill out the deck.
In the recorded games, the deck flooded the board with small creatures and attacked often, splitting attacks so opponents had awkward blocks. Losing attackers kept the hand full, and Mob Rule stole opposing creatures for one big swing. Only eight games were logged, so the picture is thin. In one game the deck stumbled on mana and never got going. Board wipes cut both ways. A sweeper still pings each opponent once for every creature you lose, but it also leaves you with an empty board and no attackers to draw cards from.
