Galea lets you look at the top card of your library at any time and cast Aura and Equipment spells from there. An Equipment cast this way gets an enter trigger that attaches it to a creature you control, so you skip the equip cost entirely. That turns heavy gear like Colossus Hammer into a cheap play. The deck runs a high count of Auras and Equipment plus top-deck manipulation, so Galea works like a card draw engine that also builds one huge attacker, usually Galea herself with vigilance.
In the recorded games, Galea usually wore Armadillo Cloak, Robe of Stars or a Colossus Hammer with Swiftfoot Boots and went for commander damage. Puresteel Paladin and Sword of the Animist kept the cards and lands coming, Stoneforge Mystic fetched the right piece, and Sensei's Divining Top made the top of the library work like a second hand. Some lists put Ancestral Mask and other Auras on Courser of Kruphix instead. Heroic Intervention and Sterling Grove protected the board, and Winged Boots added flying and ward. The deck put pressure on early, which made Galea a removal target, and losing the main creature with several Auras attached was the typical way it fell behind.
