Galadriel has Alliance. Whenever another creature enters under your control, you choose a mode that hasn't been chosen yet that turn: add {G}{G}{G}, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control, or scry 2 then draw a card. That means up to three triggers per turn, and each one is strong. The deck runs tokens, mana dorks and cheap creatures so it can hit all three modes in a single turn and grow the whole board.
In the recorded games, the deck usually played as a wide tokens or elves build. Elven Chorus, Bloom Tender, Three Visits and Nissa, Resurgent Animist provided ramp, and Elspeth, Sun's Champion made bodies that kept triggers going. Austere Command cleared smaller boards while sparing its own bigger threats. Opponents often let Galadriel build at first, then had to answer the counters. Disruption hit hard, though: bouncing Circle of Dreams Druid and destroying ramp lands slowed it down, and fast aggression could punish the slower starts.
