Feather is a 3/4 flier for three. Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery that targets a creature you control, the card is exiled as it resolves and returns to your hand at the beginning of the next end step. Cantrip tricks like Expedite, Crimson Wisps, Defiant Strike and Shelter become a free card every turn, and protection like Gods Willing can be held up over and over. The deck packs one-mana spells that target its own creatures and uses them to draw, protect and pump.
In the recorded games, most wins came through commander damage. Feather came down early, picked up Run Amok or equipment like Sword of Feast and Famine, and hit hard in the air while the same tricks came back each turn. Gods Willing, Shelter and Deflecting Swat saved her from targeted removal, and Gods Willing even let her survive a damage-based sweeper. Valorous Stance kept attackers alive. Some lists carried Dreadhorde Arcanist or the Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Felidar Guardian combo as a backup plan. The deck struggled when opponents built bigger boards and more card advantage than one attacker could race. Removal while the protection was tapped out set it far back.
