Ellie and Alan tap and exile a creature card from your graveyard to discover X, where X is that card's mana value. You exile cards from the top until you hit a nonland card with that mana value or less, then cast it free or put it in your hand. It works only as a sorcery. The deck self-mills and cycles big creatures, especially landcyclers, so the commander has high-value fuel and can cast large threats without paying for them.
In the recorded games, landcycling filled the graveyard and set up delirium while discover pulled free creatures and spells off the top. Some lists ran ways to untap the commander for several discovers in one turn, and Noxious Revival reset key cards. One game showed a self-mill combo with Lightning Greaves aimed at a Thassa's Oracle finish, and Karmic Guide appeared as a recursion piece.
