Camellia has menace and gives your other Squirrels menace too. Whenever you sacrifice one or more Foods, you create a 1/1 Squirrel. Her other ability costs {2} and a forage, which means exiling three cards from your graveyard or sacrificing a Food, and puts a +1/+1 counter on each other Squirrel. The deck makes Foods, eats them for tokens and grows a board of hard-to-block Squirrels.
In the recorded games, the deck built a wide menace board that put pressure on opponents early. Food sacrifices produced steady Squirrel tokens, and Chatterfang, Squirrel General multiplied the token count for a much bigger swarm. Forage turns pumped every Squirrel at once and made attacks hard to stop. With only a handful of games recorded, this is a limited sample. Opponents noticed the growing swarm and aimed their removal and blocks at it, so the deck wants to strike before a sweeper arrives.
